Job Title: Lead Cleaner

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Lead Cleaner in Mesa, AZ (North East and East)

Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday , Start time 6:00pm and/or 7:00pm (start) to 9:00pm or 10:00pm (end) Includes minimum 2 locations per night. Locations close to each other, paid travel time in between locations.

Includes Medical Offices, Offices or Preschools

Pay is: $16 dlls/hr + Attractive Bonus Program + Growth opportunities+Payday Advance

Project types: Schools, Preschools and Daycares, Churches, Medical Facilities, Car Dealers or Warehouses

Responsibilities include:

• The Lead Cleaner will serve as a point of contact for the night manager.

• Unlocking & Locking and securing the facility at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Communicating supply needs to the manager.

• Supports administration of Laundry

• Reports to Manager any Quality Issues

• Supports Training of New Hires

• Cleaning involves 1 or 2 Facilities in one night

• Responsible for thoroughly cleaning a specific area within an assigned facility based off of Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.

  • Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
  • Trash Removal
  • Dusting and High Dusting
  • Cleaning all areas of restrooms.
  • Cleaning glass
  • Wiping and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Restocking paper products and soap dispensers.
  • Unclog Toilets
  • Moving to 1 or 2 facilities for cleaning, facilities near to each other
  • Use of cell phone for daily task report

Requirements:

• Preferred cleaning experience -training on the job provided also
• Have reliable transportation
• Team oriented, also can complete tasks alone
• Have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move items around 10 pounds
• Ability to move to different facility if required
