About This Position

We’re currently looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic therapy team. This is a great role for a clinician who enjoys helping adults improve strength, mobility, and overall function in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
- Complete PT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility
- Modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical judgment
- Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and home strategies
- Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates in a timely manner
- Collaborate with PTAs and partner with the interdisciplinary team
What You Bring
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Washington PT license (or eligibility)
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- SNF, post-acute, or geriatric experience preferred—but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills

Requirements:Education:
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licenses/Certification:
Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.
Current CPR certification.
Experience:
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
