Job Overview

• Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Installation and Service.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Idaho HVAC Journeyman License.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Install and commission new HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes to ensure peak efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of heating, cooling, and air quality systems, providing 24-hour service support when necessary.

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial clients, offering clear repair versus replacement options and technical recommendations.

• Document project details, including photos and service reports, using Service Fusion to track time, materials, and job progression accurately.

• Coordinate job site workflows and manage materials to eliminate waste and ensure projects remain profitable and on schedule.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and customer homes, to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation or service.

• Must possess a valid Idaho HVAC Journeyman License.

• Proven ability to work a non-standard schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong physical stamina and a willingness to work in various weather conditions to meet customer needs.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with Service Fusion or similar field management software.

• Demonstrated history of self-motivation and proactive problem-solving on complex job sites.

• Active participation in continuing education and a desire to stay current with evolving HVAC codes.
