Seasonal Leasing Advisor at CENTURY SALES AND MANAGEMENT LLC – Lincoln, Nebraska

Century Sales & Management is in search of a Seasonal Leasing Advisor to achieve and exceed in the following duties during our busy summer months:

• Field calls, schedule appointments with, and show prospective residents available units

• Assist prospective residents with the application process

• Work with our Property Management Team to market and lease available units and help with tasks outside the office

Requirements

While we are willing to train the right person, you will have overall success with the following knowledge and skills:

• Advanced organizational skills and accuracy - able to complete many tasks at once

• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service/sales skills

• Basic knowledge of Google products

You will also be required to have the following:

• Reliable transportation

• Proof of updated vehicle insurance

• Open availability Monday-Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM; Saturday hours (between 11 AM and 3 PM)

• One year of experience in the leasing field or sales is strongly encouraged

This position will start at $15.00 plus commission.
