Bridor is hiring a Baker to join our new Industrial Baking Manufacturing Plant in Salt Lake City. This is your chance to contribute to the production of premium baked goods in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Location: 2473 West 2950 North, Salt Lake City, UT 84116Pay Rate: $22/hour to start

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Day Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.

What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking reliable, dedicated, and motivated Bakers who thrive in a manufacturing environment. You should be comfortable multitasking, working independently, and collaborating with a team committed to excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quality control checks on pastry products

Prepare baking samples and organize production processes

Follow and adapt detailed baking instructions

Participate in quality and organoleptic assessments

Collaborate with the Quality Control Manager to maintain product standards

Prepare baked goods for food shows

Maintain and update baking and proofing specifications

Train staff on industrial baking techniques

Set proofing and baking parameters for R&D samples

Skills & Experience RequiredExperience: Minimum 2 years in baking or an industrial kitchen

Baking Expertise: Knowledge of pastry doughs and large-scale production

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/bend frequently

Organizational Skills: Able to work independently and prioritize tasks

Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork

Bilingual: English/Spanish fluency preferred

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy

Flexibility: Willingness to work either day or night shifts

Knowledge: Familiarity with food manufacturing regulations and safety standards
