• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on strength, mobility, neuromuscular control, and functional performance
• Utilize a wide range of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise/activity, strengthening and performance training strategies to restore function and reduce pain
• Educate patients on injury prevention, biomechanics, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with the PBOI Physicians to ensure coordinated care for patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from an Accredited Institution
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Experience or strong interest in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation
• Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in musculoskeletal care
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
