Job Description

TruBlue Home Service Ally is a nationally recognized home service franchise with over 120 locations across the United States. We specialize in professional handyman services, home maintenance, and safety and accessibility upgrades that help seniors age in place and support busy families.

Our Phoenix team focuses on Aging-in-Place solutions and long-term home care — not quick fixes. We value professionalism, organization, and strong communication in both the field and the office.


Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and organized Scheduler / Estimator to support daily operations in our Central Phoenix office.

This is primarily an in-office role, with flexibility for part-time or full-time hours and limited work-from-home opportunities based on performance and operational needs.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in residential construction or handyman estimating, who can confidently communicate with customers, build accurate job scopes, and help keep operations running efficiently.


What You’ll Do
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly
  • Schedule estimates and jobs based on technician availability
  • Build and assist with job estimates based on scope and customer needs
  • Communicate clearly with customers to gather job details and expectations
  • Confirm appointments and follow up before and after service
  • Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure smooth job execution
  • Maintain accurate notes, job details, and documentation in the system
  • Support overall office operations and daily workflow

Who You Are
  • Experience in scheduling, estimating, or service coordination
  • Residential construction or handyman estimating experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using CRM or service management platforms
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Compensation & Schedule
  • Hourly or salary compensation, commensurate with experience
  • Flexible part-time or full-time schedule
  • Primarily in-office role (Central Phoenix – 51 & Glendale)
  • Opportunity for limited work-from-home flexibility
