Staff Service Recruitment Associate

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Service Recruitment Associate in United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of independent service providers to support efficient home warranty service delivery. You will play a key part in ensuring service coverage by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting providers across your assigned region. Working closely with regional service leadership, you will help close network gaps, maintain service levels, and ensure smooth operational execution. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously. You will also act as a key communication bridge between internal teams and external service providers. This is a dynamic, remote-friendly role where your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction and service performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding of independent service providers to strengthen regional coverage
  • Identify and close network gaps to reduce service delays and improve operational efficiency
  • Set up, maintain, and update provider profiles within internal systems and databases
  • Track recruitment metrics and service performance using Excel and reporting tools
  • Support regional service leadership with daily operational tasks and administrative coordination
  • Manage service agreements, rate updates, and related documentation with providers
  • Assist in service locating activities to ensure timely customer support across the assigned region
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and reporting across systems to ensure data integrity
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in service-related industries (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or consumer electronics)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or technical training preferred
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office, with strong Excel proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across systems and workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing provider relationships
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in home warranty or conflict resolution is a plus
