Laila’s Way is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Manager to support bilingual children and families in the Philadelphia area. In this role, you’ll be a key connection between families and behavioral health services, helping ensure culturally responsive, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct client intakes and assess social and emotional needs
Coordinate behavioral health services, appointments, and authorizations
Communicate directly with Spanish-speaking families to provide guidance and support
Maintain accurate documentation and case records
Collaborate with clinicians, schools, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s with relevant experience) in social work, psychology, or related field
1+ year of experience in case management, social services, or behavioral health
Strong communication and organizational skills
