  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including AWS, Microsoft Office 365, APIs, and other Salesforce orgs.
  • Drive AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, and agentic AI-based solutions.
  • Establish and promote DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and secure release management within Salesforce environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and mission requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support production systems, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and peers.
  • Ensure solutions align with compliance, security, and government standards.
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flow, Platform Events, integrations).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce implementations in production environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architecture role.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong experience with system integrations, APIs, and multi-platform environments.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, or agentic AI concepts).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, and scalability principles.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership and government representatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on building reliable, maintainable solutions.

What Will Set You Apart
