The Cold Food Production Associate is responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging cold food items according to company quality and safety standards. This role requires working in cold environments (below 30F) for extended periods.

• Prepare, assemble, and pack raw or cooked food items according to USDA, FDA, and HACCP requirements
• 
  
• Wash, clean, cut, and portion raw food products following company and customer specifications
• 
  
• Maintain proper food temperatures and accurate labeling
• 
  
• Keep work areas clean, sanitary, and wellorganized
• 
  
• Follow all food safety, quality, and production guidelines
• 
  
• Support efficient workflow in a fastpaced production environment
• 
  
• Perform additional related duties as assigned
• 
  
• Must be able to work in temperatures below 30F for 8+ hours per shift
•
