Land Surveyor - ACE Properties at ACE Money Transfer – Kharian City, Punjab

To conduct precise land measurements and boundary surveys for property development projects, ensuring accurate mapping, layout, and compliance with planning regulations and engineering requirements at ACE Properties.

• Conduct land and topographic surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other equipment.

• Prepare site layout plans, survey maps, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and related software.

• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and project managers to provide accurate data for planning and construction.

• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.

• Interpret and mark land boundaries based on legal documents and project requirements.

• Maintain records of survey data and provide reports on findings.

• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation.

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations.

• Monitor and maintain survey equipment for accuracy and functionality.

• Strong command of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other survey-related software.

• Good understanding of legal land descriptions and construction drawings.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

• Attention to detail with excellent record-keeping abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in land surveying (real estate or construction sector preferred).
