Maintenance Turnover Technician - Roanoke, VA at The Caton Companies – Roanoke, Virginia

Management Services Corporation, one of The Caton Companies, is seeking a full time Apartment Turnover Technician to join our experienced Facilities Management team at Glade Creek Apartments and Hickory Woods Apartments, our conventional properties in Roanoke, Virginia.

Salary negotiable based on experience.

We are looking for someone who has experience in turnover (make ready), with good general maintenance skills as well, to help us keep our community up to our high standards of excellence and safety. Your focus will be on refreshing and renewing our apartment homes between residents. This means you will do minor drywall work, along with plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs. The position does require an on call emergency maintenance rotation once every 3 weeks for extra pay.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience or skills in minor dry wall, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance
