Mid-Shift: Primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; additional nights and weekends may be required during peak or high-demand periods

$18.00 - $24.00 per Hour (Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary:

Maintenance Technician I, is an entry level position, with the ability and willingness to gain expertise that may apply to carpentry, plumbing, painting, or general mechanical skills. Duties include working independently or assisting other Maintenance personnel on projects. Duties include floating between tasks that are scheduled for the day, as determined by the Maintenance Supervisor for the current project and repairs needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily building/maintenance duties specific to skills, floats from project to project
• Duties also include general maintenance tasks as assigned
• Operates mechanical, hand-operated, and power tool equipment with motorized moving parts as required based upon the task’s requirements (ex. May operate a hand power drill)
• May operate machinery, including motorized lift trucks, scissor lifts, order pickers, etc.

• Follows all policies and procedures set by All Seasonings Ingredients
• Performs other duties as requested by the supervisor
• The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -

• Knowledge and experience with a variety of maintenance-related tools and equipment
• Basic math skills to measure and execute tasks
• Accurate, conscientious, with excellent attention to detail

Experience, Education, and Training -

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of general maintenance and/or building and grounds experience

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is subject to the following requirements:

• To see, talk, and hear
• Use their hands and fingers to handle, feel, or type
• Walk, sit, stand, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, or exert up to 50 pounds of force to move something
• This position requires the regular use of power equipment and hand tools
• A variety of physical conditions include proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, or potential exposure to chemicals/paint fumes
• Exposed to strong aromas of spice, allergens, and particulates in the air
