Role

As a Maintenance Field Worker at Tri Scapes, you’re on the front lines of maintaining the beauty and functionality of high-profile commercial and municipal properties across the Atlanta area. This isn’t just about cutting grass, it’s about precision, pride, and representing a team that values quality over shortcuts. Duties

Perform routine landscape tasks including mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing with a focus on clean lines and detail. Prune trees and shrubs, plant flowers/foliage according to designs, and apply mulch or pine straw. Ensure parking lots, curbs, and public spaces are debris-free and professional.Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools like commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers.Apply fertilizers and treatments as directed to keep landscapes thriving. Maintain a strict commitment to the Tri Scapes safety culture on every job site.

Qualifications

Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude. Ability to work outdoors in various Georgia weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable transportation to and from work. A valid US driver’s license and clean MVR is a plus.
