Payments and Digital Representative at Killbuck Savings Bank Co – Killbuck, Ohio

Provide exceptional service to customers and branch personnel regarding all payment and digital functions and responsibilities of the Deposit Operations department.

• Performs all FedLine Advantage transactions, including depositing and ordering currency and coin for branches.
• Process ACH files and wire transfers.
• Ordering and Depositing Foreign Currency through UBB.
• Manage products and processes for Treasury Management.
• Balance and maintain the Bank’s general ledger accounts for wire transfers. Aid in the balancing of UBB.
• Monitor, contact, maintain and update credit card customers.
• Daily balancing of Credit Cards.
• Open and maintain all online banking and Treasury Management customers.
• Perform monthly general ledger reconcilations.
• Review and open any new online account request.
• Canadian Check processing through UBB.
• Maintain and charge-off accounts as approved by the DLC.
• Provide support to other teams within the department.
