We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver Helpers to join our team. As a Drivers Helper, you will assist the driver in delivering goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

```Responsibilities:``` - Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle - Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation - Follow delivery routes and schedules provided by the driver - Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Help navigate to different locations using GPS or maps - Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fuel levels - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations

```Skills:``` - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time - Familiarity with commercial vehicles and their operation - Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting minor issues - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Experience driving larger vehicles such as buses or forklifts is a plus - Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
