Job Summary:

Rytec Electric is seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Service Electrician with a strong background in residential electrical services. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience, showcasing the ability to interpret and implement electrical plans, self-manage tasks efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service. Familiarity with NEC Code and the installation and repair of wiring and electrical fixtures is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency and expertise gained from 3+ years of experience in the Residential Electrical industry.
• Accurately read and execute electrical plans while overseeing the installation and repair of wiring and electrical fixtures.
• Self-manage tasks efficiently, discussing project specifics with upper management.
• Ensure adherence to NEC Code standards in all electrical installations and repairs.
• Provide strong customer service, working cleanly and respectfully in customers' homes.
• Safely work in tight spaces, at heights, on ladders, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience with new construction and remodeling projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in the Residential Electrical industry.
• Proficiency in reading and executing electrical plans with precision.
• Strong communication skills to discuss project details effectively with upper management.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and respectful work environment in customers' homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
