Position Overview
We are seeking a Chief Hospitality Officer to be a key executive leader. They will be accountable for driving the performance, growth, and operational excellence of the hospitality division across all Basecamp Resorts and Everwild properties. This role turns strategy into action, leading high-performing teams to scale the business, maximize profitability, and deliver exceptional, on-brand guest experiences at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
Hospitality Operations & Execution
- Lead and oversee all hospitality operations across Basecamp Resorts and Everwild properties
- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, service delivery, and guest experience
- Drive accountability for performance across all properties and leadership teams
Financial Performance & Revenue Growth
- Own the financial performance of the hospitality business, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performance
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Guest Experience & Brand Delivery
- Own and continuously elevate the end-to-end guest experience
- Ensure alignment between brand positioning and on-property execution
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to maintain high standards
Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior hospitality and operations leaders
- Establish clear accountability, structure, and performance expectations across teams
- Build a high-performing, scalable, and guest-focused organization
Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all properties consistently deliver on brand standards and expectations
- Oversee quality assurance processes and operational audits
- Maintain and evolve the distinct identity of both brands
Growth, Development & Expansion
- Lead operational readiness for new property openings, acquisitions, and renovations
- Contribute to growth strategy, including market expansion and concept development
- Ensure new developments align with operational and brand standards
Executive Leadership & Strategy
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on overall company strategy
- Provide leadership and direction as the head of the hospitality business
- Contribute to key decisions impacting growth, operations, and performance
Requirements
- 15-20+ years of experience; Executive leadership experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or multi-property operations
- Proven accountability for full business performance, including operations and financial results
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, and revenue optimization
- Demonstrated success leading large, multi-site teams and senior leaders
- Experience scaling hospitality operations within a growth-oriented organization
- Strong strategic, operational, and decision-making capabilities
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
