Joint Operations Readiness SME (C) - S-Trig at NEMEAN SOLUTIONS LLC – MacDill AFB, Florida

Job Overview:

The Joint Operations Readiness SME leads joint SOF training and readiness programs aligned with the Joint Training System, ensuring mission readiness across USSOCOM components.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute joint exercises using JTS.
• Develop training objectives aligned to SOF mission sets.
• Conduct readiness assessments and AARs.
• Brief senior leaders on readiness outcomes.
• Apply joint doctrine (UJTL/JMETL).

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• 12+ years SOF experience.
• Former E-8+/CW3+/O-4+.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years joint exercise planning experience.
• Strategic HQ experience within last 8 years.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DRRS, JTT, and JTS tools.
• TSOC or SOCOM J7 experience.

Security Requirement:

• Active Top-Secret Clearance
