Description

Enovation Controls is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. The main responsibility of this role will be to support the financial & cost accounting teams and payroll reporting. Success in this position will include the ability to provide accurate financial information and meeting deadlines.

Key Job Responsibilities

· Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

· Monthly journal entries for financial close.

· Assisting in quarterly and annual audits for support documentation.

· Oversee Fixed Asset Management including budgeting, reporting, maintaining, and reconciling fixed assets schedules.

· Perform research of financial information, problems, and issues, and prepare analyses and conclusions and recommendations for review with management.

· Assist with departmental policy and procedure development and documentation.

· Various tax reporting – sales and use tax, Fixed asset depreciation, etc.

· Performing other accounting duties and supporting accounting team as required or assigned.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field.

Abilities, Experience & Skills:

· 3-5 years of accounting experience

· Must have proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office application required with an emphasis in Excel.

· Working knowledge of GAAP.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented.

· Ability to work with little to no supervision.

· Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
