Overview
We’re looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team!
As an Accounting Specialist for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you'll be responsible for Accounts Payable, and General Accounting functions in the Finance/Accounting department.
Responsibilities
- Sales rep commission calculations and weekly payment processing.
- General accounting functions, journal entries, and Quickbooks experience is preferable.
- Intercompany with other locations.
- Process contract adjustments and follow company processes.
- Pay and reconcile monthly benefits.
- Marketing AP and reconciling actuals with our marketing team.
- Accrual and prepaid schedule recons required.
Qualifications
High School dipoma
2+ years in similar function, high-volume accounting department.2+ Quickbooks experience in accounts payable. Must be proficient in Excel.Experience month end close required.Strong sense of teamwork required.Benefits
