Job Description:

The Busser supports the dining room by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting servers. This role ensures a tidy and welcoming environment for guests and supports efficient service.

Responsibilities:

• Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables
• Wipe and reset tables with clean linens and tableware
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, floors, and service stations
• Assist servers in carrying trays and delivering food
• Stock supplies such as napkins, silverware, and condiments
• Dispose of trash and recycling appropriately
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and supplies
• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
