A Nothing Bundt Cakes Shift Lead manages daily operations, ensures high-quality cake production, and delivers exceptional guest service in the manager's absence. Key responsibilities include leading team members, maintaining brand standards, controlling inventory, and handling cash, with 1-3 years of retail/food service experience required.

• Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate team members, manage schedules, and provide performance feedback.
• Guest Service & Sales: Model exceptional service, engage customers with "guest tours" (product introductions), and drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Operational Management: Open/close the bakery, reconcile cash drawers, and maintain cleanliness/sanitation standards.
• Product Quality: Ensure all cakes meet brand standards, manage inventory, and coordinate between service and frosting departments.
• Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with reporting, inventory control, and implementing company policies.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or food service, preferably in a leadership role.
• Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
