We currently have a career opportunity for a caring, purpose-driven Treatment Coordinator that we will cross train in other areas of the practice, who will take great pride in creating truly extraordinary patient experiences while delivering and supporting the highest quality dental care.

Position Description:

The Treatment Coordinator works very closely with the Orthodontist on patient treatment coordination and getting started in the practice. All Treatment Coordinator complete several weeks of initial and thorough sales training and extensive ongoing training and coaching. Top Team Members exhibit empathy, confidence, and drive as well as excitement for prospect of making an impact on people's lives!

• Serve asfirstpoint of contact for prospective patients/families experiencing dental issues and looking to learn more about our services.
• Prepare patients for exams and post treatment evaluations.
• Take & present diagnostic records to Orthodontist to help them evaluate and create treatment plan for patients.
• Support prospective patients by thoroughly explaining our services and how they differ from competitors or other alternatives.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and conviction when speaking with prospective patients with the goal of helping toimpacttheir lives for the better.
• Provide patients and families with proper orthodontic care instructions, dental healtheducationand diet recommendations.
• Create a welcoming environment and make patients feel comfortable by interacting and getting to know each patient.
• Coordinate needed appointments with specialty dental clinics and keep patients' generaldentistinformed of treatment plans.
• Haveabilityto advocate forand supportour prospective patientscomfortto take the next step.
• Show confidence andexpertiseovercoming cost and other common prospective patient objections.

Details:

• Office Hours: Monday–Thurs, varied hours 7:30a-4p and 7:00a-4p; Fri7:30-2p
• No Evening, No Weekends, No Holidays– Occasional practice marketing outreach activities pre-planned on weekends.
• Wage Range$20- $27, based on experienceand willingness to travel*
• Bonus Eligible for over 3,000 / year

We are looking for someone with:

• 2+ years successful business-to-customer or consultative sales experience, preferred
• Experience in dental, healthcare, or fieldsrequiringa high levelof empathy is a plus
• A confident approach and ability to build rapport
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-motivation, drive, and initiative
• Proficient with computer and software applications and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with Cloud9 is a plus*
• Comfortseekingand receiving coaching and guidance
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Organization and time management skills
• Works well independently and in a team environment
