Alizadeh Cosmoplastic Surgery, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their New York City location.

A once in a lifetime opportunity to join a practice owned by a board certified, well-respected, plastic surgeon, who caters to an elite, but family-focused clientele, where thousands of procedures have been executed with the most natural and impressive results, while maintaining a down-to-Earth family-focused office setting. This practice specializes in the latest advances in aesthetic medicine and surgery, breast and body procedures, weight loss, hormone replacement treatments, lasers, fillers and injectables such as Botox, and more.

We’re looking for a dynamic, polished, and creative Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing aesthetic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring they are comfortable.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments.
  • Process patient check-outs and collect required fees.
  • Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure the waiting area remains comfortable and tidy.
  • Maintain retail inventory.
  • Engage patients in retail sales.
  • End of day paperwork and balancing daily intake of funds.

Qualifications

  • 2+ year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, retail, hospitality, or medical office role preferred.

Work Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday 11AM-7PM; Thursday & Friday 10AM-6PM & Saturday 9AM-5PM
