Job Description

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a SharePoint Developer (Senior) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  • Lead SharePoint Online (SPO) and Microsoft Power Platform support for SEA 05 by overseeing enterprise site administration, application development, governance compliance, and business process automation initiatives.
  • Direct administration of NAVSEA site collections, functional sites, group-level private sites, permissions structures, administrative assignments, and site governance in accordance with NAVSEA ACIO policies and guidance.
  • Oversee configuration management, compliance monitoring, certified site administrator controls, backup requirements, data storage management, and enterprise SharePoint operational continuity.
  • Lead development and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions utilizing PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Office 365, and SharePoint to support enterprise-level business transformation efforts.
  • Design and deliver advanced workflow automation, dashboards, reporting systems, forms, connectors, and enterprise applications that improve mission execution and portfolio visibility.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while advising leadership on architecture, permissions strategy, governance controls, and system improvements.
  • Analyze, model, and synthesize data from multiple systems to support executive decision-making, reporting strategies, and organization-wide performance management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data security requirements including row-level security, permissions governance, sensitive data protection, and enterprise access control management.
  • Serve as the senior technical resource for SharePoint and Power Platform operations, providing guidance to stakeholders, troubleshooting escalated issues, and recommending strategic improvements across SEA 05.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Education

  • Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or GED and more than twenty (20) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or a related functional area; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or a related functional area; OR
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or a related functional area.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting large-scale SharePoint Online (SPO) development projects.
  • Experience designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform-based enterprise solutions including process automation, workflow development, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Experience designing and implementing applications utilizing Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform Suite (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and SharePoint.
  • Experience developing custom applications leveraging PowerApps foundational technologies including connectors, forms, and flows.
  • Strong understanding of M365, SharePoint, distribution lists, permission groups, and system access management.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
  • Microsoft SharePoint/Web Design/Security+ certification(s) preferred.
  • Understanding of data security, including row-level security and data sensitivity.
  • Experience preparing and exploring data models, organizing and analyzing data, and creating reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights and present data-driven solutions clearly.

Required Experience

  • Experience translating business requirements into Power Platform solutions.
