What You’ll Do
- Act as the central communication hub between customers, technicians, and leadership
- Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy
- Dispatch and schedule field teams to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor technician routes, job progress, and scheduling gaps in real time
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience from initial contact through job completion
- Identify inefficiencies and support improvements in scheduling and workflow
- Maintain accurate records, job updates, and internal communication
- Contribute to a structured, accountable, and team-focused office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, dispatch, or coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving ability
- A service mindset with a focus on quality and follow-through
- Experience in a service-based or field operations environment is a plus
