Position Overview
We are seeking a Composite Production Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone comfortable contributing across multiple areas of production. Initial responsibilities will focus on preparing composite kits, including operating an automated cutting table (Automatrix) to cut dry carbon fiber materials and assemble kits. Over time, responsibilities may expand into additional areas based on skills and interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cut composite material kits using an automated cutting table (Automatrix)
• Assist in the composite production process, including:
  • Layup
  • Infusion
  • Finishing
  • Assembly
• Prepare materials, molds, and tools for production
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support general shop operations and team needs as they arise
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Comfort working in a hands-on production environment
• Experience with composites or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
• Basic computer proficiency preferred
