About This Position
SUMMARY
The Project Analyst will assist the Program Management Office (PMO) with a variety of program and departmental functions to ensure successful operation of the PMO.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Clients, Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, Technical teams, Quality Assurance, and DevOps teams through all phases of SDLC.
- Requirements gathering and client facing Meetings.
- Learning PDRI’s custom software and supporting configuration of that software to meet client requirements.
- Supporting QA efforts and using automated testing software.
- Supporting customer UAT and implementing change requests.
- Identification of areas of process improvement and opportunities for automation.
- Performs project support tasks such as writing program and project documentation (meeting agendas and notes, requirements, test plans, test results, process flow charts, and departmental policies), running reports, gathering data, and change management.
- Will assist other PMO personnel with PMO support functions such as proposal development, quality assurance, and project financial tracking.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- US Citizenship required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance is required.
- Ability to learn, support, test, and troubleshoot new software.
- High degree of competency in Microsoft applications: Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word etc.
- Requires experience or familiarity in the IT field. Has knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Technical Writing experience.
- Working with clients and teammates requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- These skills are normally acquired through a combination of a bachelor’s degree along with related work experience.
- Experience with JIRA, JSON, Python, Selenium, and automated testing is not required, but is preferred.
