What you'll doConduct outreach via phone to schedule patient interviews for grant data collectionInterview patients in their preferred language (Spanish or English) for grant data collectionEnter benefit assignments into the electronic health record (Evolv)Ensure accuracy of data; resolve discrepancies prior to data entryEnter data into SAMHSA’s SPARS system for each grant within the required 7-day windowPrepare batch uploads for entry into SAMHSA’s SPARS batch upload system for each grant within the required 30-day windowEnsure proper logging/documentation of all data entryEnsure proper documentation of Qualtrics and SPARS changesAssist with producing the biweekly updateSupport the team in collecting data required for annual audits, site visits, or other compliance-related matters.Follow all safety and confidentiality guidelines established by 42CFR and HIPAA.Complete human subjects and other applicable trainingOccasional data reconciliation activitiesOther data-related duties as assignedQualificationsExperience with data collection and data entryStrong attention to detailReliableAble to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferredExperience with SQL, SPSS, Qualtrics preferred
ScheduleWork hours: M-F 8-4 or 9-5Flexible hybrid or remote, will need private workspace to ensure confidentiality and HIPAA40 hours per weekTemporary PlacementReports to Director of Research and Evaluation

Physical & Mental RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. The pay range for this role is:
