We are seeking a motivated and dependable Apprentice Plumber to support our licensed plumbers on service and installation jobs while gaining hands-on experience in the trade.
Position Summary:
The Plumber's Apprentice plays a key role involves assisting with plumbing repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial settings. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, able to follow directions, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in locating and identifying plumbing issues, such as leaks or blockages
• Repair or replace pipes, valves, and other plumbing components under supervision
• Help determine appropriate tools, materials, and equipment for each job
• Support job preparation and cleanup, ensuring workspaces remain safe and organized
• Help ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
• Answer basic client questions and represent the company professionally on-site
• Follow instructions from lead plumber and support team as needed
• Participate in training and complete assignments related to plumbing apprenticeship

• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in a plumbing apprenticeship program
• Basic understanding of plumbing tools and materials
• Comfortable working in various environments, including crawlspaces and rooftops
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Regularly required to work in small, confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
• Must be comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and rooftops
• Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions depending on job site
• May encounter dust, debris, insulation, and other materials typical of residential and commercial job sites
