Position Summary:
Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking an Intelligence Integrator to support the Joint Requirements Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JRO-CBRND). In this key role, you will review intelligence reporting related to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) topics.

This position requires that all job duties be performed full-time onsite with no remote or hybrid work options.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide senior leader briefings.
  • Develop intelligence vignettes and scenarios for tabletop exercises and wargaming events.
  • Develop annual Intelligence Requirements List to inform intelligence collection efforts.
  • Provide threat intelligence support to other branches within the JRO-CBRND (threat summaries, Validated Online Lifecycle Threat (VOLT) reports, etc.)
  • Coordinate and lead the quarterly Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) Joint Threat Coordination Group.
  • Participate in the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Unity of Effort Intelligence Working Group.
  • Represent the JRO-CBRND at Intelligence Community (IC) coordination meetings.
  • Develop Critical Intelligence Parameters to support CBDP Programs of Record.
  • Review and assist in the revision of CBDP security classification guides.
  • Develop, initiate, and/or complete research tasks in support of operational CBRN defense projects/tasks.
  • Review CBRN defense and CWMD capability documents and plans for technical correctness and intelligence validation.
  • Lead, review, and/or support development of CBRN defense and CWMD threat and risk assessments.
  • Conduct coordination with IC representatives and submit Community On-Line Intelligence System for End-Users and Managers (COLISEUM) requests for Priority Intelligence Requirement (PIR) lists and Priority Technical Information Requirements (PTR) lists.
  • Attend IC meetings and produce subsequent trip reports.
  • Coordinate Special Access Programs.


Required Qualifications:

  • Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as intelligence studies, national security studies, or similar discipline
  • 15+ years of relevant DoD experience in the areas of intelligence integration and/or CBD/CWMD risk assessments
  • 7+ years' experience in Joint capability integration
  • 2+ more years' experience on the Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Combatant Command, and / or a Service staff
  • Familiarity with intelligence reporting databases Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) Community On-Line Intelligence System for End-Users and Managers (COLISEUM) and other classified systems
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of current chemical and biological threats/agents
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with experience briefing technical and intelligence materials to general/flag officers and senior executive service personnel
  • Experience working with the CBDP and its organizations
  • Demonstrated understanding of DoD intelligence processes and knowledge of the Intelligence Community
