JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service throughout the guest experience
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including ingredients, preparation, and thoughtful recommendations
• Ensure precise order taking and seamless delivery of food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment through proactive table maintenance
• Anticipate guest needs, including beverage service and pacing of courses
• Verify guest identification and uphold all alcohol service standards with professionalism
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Accurately operate the point-of-sale system, including cash and credit transactions
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, appearance, and demeanor at all times
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• TABC & Food Handler Certification (required)
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence
• Professional presentation and grooming
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Must be at least 18 years of age
