CARDIOGRAPHIC LEAD TECHNICIAN

Cardiovascular Lead Tech

Description:

Assumes responsibility and initiative for planning and time management
Assumes responsibility for implementation of organizational skills to allow for accuracy, Must be able to perform a variety of clerical duties, including but not limited to, filing, minimal typing, basic computer knowledge, and operation of fax, copier, and calculator

Must be accurate, precise, and exhibit attention to detail

Must exhibit sound knowledge and good use of oral and written communication skills

Possesses the ability to use good judgment in prioritizing

Can work independently with minimal supervision

Must be able to function efficiently and calmly in stressful situations, always acting in a professional and courteous manner

Good physical and mental health

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods, some walking, stooping, and lifting

Must be able to use good body mechanics without limitations

Must possess visual acuity, with corrective lenses if necessary, to read printed materials

Must possess good hearing ability, with auditory aids if necessary, to understand the normal speaking voice without viewing the speaker

Must be able to work under supervision or independently as directed by the situation. Must be able to work under stressful conditions as times

Education/Experience:

High school graduate or GED

At least one year of Cardiovascular experience and previous health care background preferred, as well as basic clerical skills
