The Operations and Events Assistant supports daily operations by assisting the craft services team with food preparation, setup, service, and breakdown for production shoots, meetings, and events. This role is responsible for maintaining fully stocked snack and beverage stations, ensuring cleanliness across all food service areas, and coordinating food pickups as needed.

Additionally, the assistant provides support to the administrative team for both on‑site and off‑site events, helping with setup, logistics, and execution. The role also contributes to overall facility upkeep by maintaining clean, organized spaces and responding to team needs as they arise.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to supporting team members while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service in a fast‑paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist with daily setup, service, and breakdown of craft services for production shoots, meetings, and events.

Prepare, stock, and maintain snack and beverage stations, ensuring items are fresh, organized, and fully replenished.

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all craft service areas, including food stations and kitchen spaces.

Complete food pickups for productions, meetings, and office needs.

Support on‑site and off‑site events, including setup, execution, and breakdown of materials and supplies.

Assist with gym facility upkeep, including towel laundry, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment cleanliness.

Respond promptly to team requests and provide hands‑on support across departments as needed.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Assist with basic administrative or logistical tasks related to events and facility operations.

Maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude and provide excellent service to staff and guests.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Organization and Detail: Ability to maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked facility stations.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with departments, catering teams, and production staff.

Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.

Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this position.

Education and Experience:

Previous experience as a Production or Event Assistant is a plus

Some college experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

This role requires prolonged periods of standing, walking long distances, lifting heavy items such as coolers, beverage cases, and other equipment. Candidates must also be able to work in the extreme heat, humidity, and other weather conditions common in Florida.”
