This role is a key part of a high-performing Revenue Operations function focused on enabling sales efficiency through best-in-class tools, systems, and processes. You will be responsible for the administration and optimization of core revenue technology platforms that support sales, account management, and business development teams. Acting as a trusted partner to RevOps and go-to-market stakeholders, you will ensure tools are properly configured, well-maintained, and fully leveraged to drive productivity. The position blends technical ownership with operational support, requiring strong analytical thinking and hands-on system management. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, vendor coordination, and strategic tool enhancements. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role where your work directly improves how revenue teams operate and scale.
- Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of key revenue tools, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- Serve as the primary support contact for RevOps and business users, providing guidance on tool functionality, best practices, and issue resolution.
- Monitor vendor updates and releases, assess business impact, and coordinate implementation of new features or system enhancements.
- Manage licensing and access control across revenue tools, ensuring proper provisioning and efficient utilization.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, processes, and operational standards.
- Support project management efforts related to revenue tool initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Assist with procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, tool selection, and data preparation for contract discussions.
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar go-to-market support function.
- Hands-on experience with sales or revenue technology platforms and CRM ecosystems.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with a proactive and self-driven working style.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach to supporting internal users.
- Experience in system administration, tooling optimization, or RevOps process support is highly preferred.
