The RoleAn exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, multi-stakeholder coordination, and global operations. We’re seeking a proactive, adaptable, and highly organised professional to support our CFO and Chief Strategy Officer. This fast-paced, dynamic role spans multiple time zones (UK, US, Canada) and requires excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
You will be delivering strategic projects and managing day-to-day coordination across ATI Global, ensuring outcomes are achieved with minimal oversight. The role involves providing project management and administrative support, collaborating with multiple stakeholders globally, and supporting the CFO in an Executive Assistant capacity. You’ll gain exposure to strategic initiatives, professional growth, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.
About youYou’re a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives under pressure and adapts easily to last-minute changes. A confident communicator, you build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and convey ideas clearly. You focus on outcomes, follow through to deliver results, and maintain high-quality standards in every task. Collaborative and adaptable, you work seamlessly across teams to drive projects forward and make thoughtful, informed decisions. You may have experience as a Project Coordinator, Team or Executive Assistant.
Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage CFO’s schedule and events – plan meetings, conferences, travel, accommodation, and social/client events; ensure calendar accuracy and confirmations.Act as first point of contact, greet guests, answer calls/emails, and coordinate inquiries, catering, or client interactions.Support executive productivity, read, research, route correspondence, draft documents, and summarise key information for decision-making.Coordinate communication and tasks – screen calls/emails, prioritise urgent matters, take meeting actions, and ensure timely responses.Administration and documentation – manage expenses, document signatures, proofreading, formatting, uploading, and meeting minutes.Assist broader team needs, collaborate with other PAs, arrange car services, run errands, and support senior management as required.Ad hoc Projects: Contribute to projects as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Proficient in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Diligent board software experience idealStrong verbal and written communication; builds credibility and rapportSkilled in planning, prioritising, and scheduling tasks effectivelyAnalytical, detail-oriented, and accurateStrong problem-solving and results-driven
