About This Position
We’re looking for a strong, experienced Lead Server / Day Manager to join our team full-time. This is a key position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
Open and close the restaurant with confidence and consistency
Lead floor service and support team members during peak hours
Ensure top-notch guest experiences from start to finish
Handle shift responsibilities including team communication, quality checks, and problem-solving
Work closely with upper management to maintain smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a lead server, shift lead, or front-of-house manager
Someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and leads with integrity
Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
Positive, professional, and team-oriented
