Description: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient Clinic $7,000 Sign-On Bonus + Flexible Schedule

We are seeking a compassionate, innovative, and collaborative Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC-SLP) to join our growing outpatient therapy clinic serving children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), speech and language delays, developmental disabilities, feeding disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions.

The Position

  • Provide pediatric speech therapy evaluations and treatment
  • Support speech, language, communication, AAC, feeding, and social-pragmatic development
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, psychologists, educators, and behavioral health professionals
  • Build meaningful relationships with children and families
  • Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on helping children thrive

Flexible scheduling options available:

  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
  • Work 2 hours, 40 hours, or anything in between
  • Four 10-hour shifts, school-hour schedules, or customized flexibility

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Pediatric speech therapy experience preferred
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder, AAC, feeding therapy, or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for helping children and families thrive
