We are currently seeking an AP Clerk who can perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payable, billing, and receivables.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, verify and process all credit card reconciliations
  • Ensure that all documents are correctly signed and processed
  • Interact with internal staff to resolve issues, discrepancies and missing receipts
  • Interact with 3rd party vendors on occasions
  • Keep a clean, organized and systematic filing system for all records
  • Conduct routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable

What You’ll Bring

Education and Experience

  • College diploma with finance/accounting related majores.
  • Minimum two years of experience in an accounting and/or finance function
  • Experienced with basic bookkeeping procedures

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Possess great interpersonal skills and willingness attitude
  • Exhibit good sound judgement and proactive mindset
  • Must have a problem-solving mindset and eager to learn
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

The Hybrid Work Model

  • Work Model: IW Group supports a hybrid work schedule. Teams are required to work in-office at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Work Environment: This role is based primarily in the IW Group office and may also involve working at client sites or other designated locations.
  • Work Hours: Project timelines may occasionally require extended hours, including evenings or weekends.

Physical Requirements

Engage in a variety of activities, from sitting and using your hands to talking, hearing, standing, walking, and occasionally stooping or kneeling. Vision abilities required include close vision.
