Job Description

Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for a highly motivated, aggressive, & self-driven Professional MIT to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking local, enthusiastic individuals to join our sales and management team, and help build customer relations in the Paris, TN area. The Professional Sales Manager position would require, but is not limited to, the following skill sets and responsibilities:

Develops a close relationship with Store Managers and ensure that all accounts are maintained consistent with our policies.

Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people daily, build and maintain relationships, and network.

Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as building relationships with prospective customers.

Strong communication skills to clearly convey the attributes and benefits of products and services to existing and potential customers.

Customer service and sales skills to listen to the concerns and needs of a customer, and the ability to address their needs.

Physical endurance, and the ability to be on feet, and travel as business dictates.

Ability to identify prospective customers, generate leads, and conversion of competitor accounts.

Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.

Emphasize the features of products and services, and answer customer, and potential customer, questions regarding products and services.

Negotiate product and service pricing and terms and prepare sales agreements.

Collaborate with colleagues from many different sectors of the Pepsi MidAmerica Team.

Create and maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to maintain and build relationships.

Meet and exceed customer service expectations.

Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.

Maintain Pepsi MidAmerica standards, while creating sales opportunities in designated accounts and prospective accounts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Analyze situations & problem solving

Constant involvement with all activities in department

Regular training, evaluation, and development of personnel

Create & manage relationships with customers of Pepsi MidAmerica

Represent Pepsi MidAmerica in a positive manner at all times

Qualifications:

2+ years of management experience required

Bachelors Degree Preferred (4+ years of management experience may be considered in place of a degree)

Ability to work and multitask in a fast paced environment

Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, online research, and typing/editing reports

Must live in Paris, TN.
