The Enterprise Client Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of new enterprise clients and associated products and services within the Workers’ Compensation space. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Operations, IT, and external stakeholders to translate client needs into effective implementation designs and ensure delivery aligns with contractual requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

This position serves as a hands-on implementation leader and subject matter expert, leveraging deep knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims operations and the relationships between Insurance Carriers, TPAs, and Employers to guide successful client onboarding. The role requires intermediate to advanced proficiency in implementation documentation, process visualization, and presentation tools to clearly communicate complex workflows and implementation designs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage enterprise client implementations end to end following sales award, maintaining clear, professional, and proactive communication
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple concurrent implementation initiatives in alignment with approved scope, timelines, and quality standards
  • Partner with Sales during pre-sale and post-sale activities to gather requirements, validate scope, and support implementation feasibility discussions
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, IT, Data/Analytics, and external partners to validate business, technical, claims, and operational requirements
  • Translate business and claims requirements into scalable implementation designs, workflows, and documentation
  • Develop detailed process flows, implementation diagrams, and solution designs using Microsoft Visio to clearly illustrate workflows, data exchanges, and dependencies
  • Create professional client facing and internal presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate implementation plans, timelines, risks, and status updates
  • Apply deep Workers’ Compensation claims expertise to guide design decisions, identify risks, and recommend best practices across carrier, TPA, and employer models
  • Develop implementation project plans, schedules, and ramp up strategies while identifying risks and mitigation approaches
  • Serve as a primary client point of contact during implementation, fostering trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of implementation documentation, including scope and design documents, workflows, project plans, and transition materials
  • Leverage SharePoint Online to organize, maintain, and govern implementation documentation ensuring accessibility, version control, and compliance with internal standards
  • Ensure effective and seamless transition from implementation to post implementation Account Management or operational support teams
  • Provide consistent implementation status updates including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resolution plans
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation tools, templates, documentation standards, and methodologies

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Workers’ Compensation experience required
  • Significant experience in a Workers’ Compensation claims role required, with demonstrable understanding of:
    • Insurance carrier operations
    • Third party administrator (TPA) models
    • Employer program structures and expectations
  • Direct, customer-facing experience implementing Workers’ Compensation products and services required
  • Experience supporting or leading implementations for enterprise level clients in complex operating environments
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio, with the ability to create and maintain detailed process flows, system interactions, and implementation designs
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including development of executive ready and client facing presentations
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, including document libraries, version control, and collaboration best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools used for tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to translate complex information into clear, actionable plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical, operational, and executive audiences
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer centric mindset with a focus on quality, consistency, and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross functional teams
  • Combination of remote and on-site work with ability to travel approximately 25%
