CARCHEX Pre Sales Phone Agents are a critical point of contact for our valued customers. These energetic team members engage with customers, ask qualifying questions and transfer the customer to a waiting Sales Representative.
As a CARCHEX Pre-Sales Agent, you will...

• Have captivating conversations with consumers across the nation
• Deliver a positive customer experience by speaking to interested customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  Engage customers with our industry leading protection offerings.
• Confirm information provided by customers.
• Ensure interested customers are successfully transitioned to a sales representative.

Compensation for Call Transfer Agent

• $17.50+ per hour PLUS weekly bonus (equivalent of $20.00 - $26.25 per hour)
• Annual performance/compensation reviews

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shift
• 9AM – 6PM or 10AM – 7PM
• Overtime opportunities

Work Location

In our main office, conveniently located in the Hunt Valley Towne Centre (Hunt Valley, MD), with plenty of free parking, access to light rail, walking access to many shops, restaurants and gyms.
