Overview
Rhombus is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and features. This role will build compelling messaging and solution-driven narratives through customer centric storytelling and thought leadership that will drive our top-of-funnel strategy. This role will also help accelerate adoption in the market across Rhombuss product portfolio by partnering closely with our Growth Marketing and Sales teams to build internal programs that support effective enablement, increase win rates, and contribute to shorter sales cycles. Finally, this role will serve as the voice of the customer for future product investments.
In this role, youll have an opportunity to uplevel go-to-market effectiveness across the organization and your work will directly impact Rhombuss key long-term growth priorities. What You'll Do- Define and manage end-to-end GTM strategy for existing and new products and features, including customer and market research, messaging, positioning, project management and sales enablement
- Create content and narratives that showcases Rhombuss value proposition and differentiators including keynote presentations, one pagers, customer-facing videos, and sales playbooks
- Partner with marketing stakeholders for creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with external audiences and drive lead generation and pipeline growth
- Serve as the voice of sales and customer to inform product roadmap and features
- Build product marketing programs and frameworks and partner closely with product teams to promote Rhombuss products and platform, internally and externally, and drive organizational excellence
- Embody core company values of deep customer focus, one team, think greater, and act with integrity
- 2+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or go-to-market strategy
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially in creating messaging or driving sales enablement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Youre comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences and are an expert at creating and editing everything from pithy emails to detailed launch plans to researched white-papers and more
- Ability to synthesize and distill complex information into clear, concise messaging for different audiences
- Strong cross-functional driver you have on-the-job experience managing and communicating complex projects with many stakeholders
- Youre detail-oriented, yet can think big picture; analytical, yet creative; and a self-starter who is not afraid to execute and get in the weeds
- Creative thinker that can generate new ideas and experiments and execute on innovative breakout marketing ideas
Location
This is a hybrid position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office up to 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Work Authorization
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation
$100,000 $150,000
Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.
