Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Café Attendant for our athletic facility, The Fieldhouse!

The Fieldhouse Café Attendant is responsible for providing warm, welcoming hospitality and crafting quality food and beverages at any time of the day. In this role, you will work in an energetic environment alongside supportive teammates with the opportunity to build relationships and create moments that matter every day.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day.
• Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, smoothies, tea, beer, and wine.
• Welcome members and assist with reservations, retail purchases, and other needs.
• Take pride in the Fieldhouse, treating the space as your own and leaving it better than you found it.
• Maintain high standards for quality and consistency, adhering to SOPs and training.
• Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

• At least one year of experience in a similar club, restaurant, café, or retail setting
• At least 18 years of age or older

Availability

• Shifts range from 5:45 AM-2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

• $20-$21 per hour (including base wage and service charge)
