Leading Edge Equipment is excited to offer an opportunity for high school students and recent graduates who are interested in the John Deere Tech Program to begin building a career in the agriculture and equipment industry.

The John Deere Tech Program is a two-year technical education program designed to prepare students for a successful career as a John Deere Service Technician. Students receive hands-on training, classroom instruction, and real-world experience working with John Deere equipment and technology.

Students who are interested in the John Deere Tech Program can apply to work with Leading Edge Equipment:

• After school during the school year

• Full-time during summer breaks

• Before and throughout the John Deere Tech Program (with sponsorship opportunities available)

This position allows students to gain hands-on experience in our shop, work alongside experienced technicians, and learn what a career with Leading Edge Equipment looks like before entering the program.
