What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven success in outside sales
✔ HVAC industry experience strongly preferred (HVAC parts, supplies, or related field)
✔ Appliance parts experience a plus
✔ Strong understanding of contractor sales cycles and service-based customers
✔ Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented
✔ Ability to independently manage and grow a territory
✔ Willingness to travel within assigned territory
✔ Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
✔ Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skillsKey Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new HVAC and appliance service accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service companies
• Conduct regular in-person customer visits
• Analyze sales data to track trends and adjust territory strategy
• Attend HVAC industry events and trade shows
• Maximize territory coverage and account penetration
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
• Convert leads into long-term customers
• Communicate contractor feedback to improve products and service
• Complete sales and expense reports in a timely manner
