About This Position
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Office Operations & AdministrationManage general office operations and ensure smooth daily workflowOversee inventory management, including ordering, tracking, and restocking suppliesHandle shipping and receiving processesRetrieve and distribute incoming mailMaintain office organization and cleanliness standardsSupport additional office management needs as they ariseExecutive SupportProvide executive assistant support to the CEOManage and coordinate executive calendars and schedulingAssist with meeting preparation and administrative follow-upsFront Office & CommunicationGreet visitors and clients professionallyManage phone intake and direct inquiries appropriatelyServe as a point of contact for internal administrative mattersRequired QualificationsProven experience in office management, executive assistance, receptionist, or administrative rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProfessional demeanor and customer-service mindsetProblem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyPreferred SkillsExperience supporting C-level executivesFamiliarity with inventory tracking and shipping logisticsExperience in a fast-paced or operational environmentLocation: In-Person – Delaware, OH or Northern Columbus, OH
