General Manager at United Structural Systems LLC – Ocala, Florida

We are looking to add a General Manager to our team. The General Manager position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Ocala, Florida location. This role involves strategic planning, operations management, business development and leadership to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of foundation, basement and crawlspace services.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement the division’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
• Provide visionary leadership to the teams, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to quality.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the foundation and waterproofing markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members, clients, contractors and industry partners.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse team, including Project Managers, Production Technicians, and administrative staff.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance and recommend adjustments as needed to meet profitability goals.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies to drive new business and expand market share.
• Implement a quality control system to inspect all completed jobs to ensure compliance with Company standards.
• Assess the competitive landscape and identify new trends and opportunities within the industry.
• Analyze operational costs and implement strategies for cost reduction without compromising quality.
